My current test print has three layers of cyan and two of magenta.
- I’m using two different mixtures of FAC and gelatin.
- Mixture “A” is made by mixing 3ml of 5% gelatin (gently warmed) with 2ml of 6% FAC and 0.25g of pigment (Schmincke Helio Cerulean or Windsor & Newton Permanent Carmine).
- Mixure “B” is made by mixing 3.5ml of 5% gelatin (warmed) with 1.5ml of 6% FAC and 0.15g of pigment.
- I’m using two different mixtures of FAC and gelatin.
